Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday from 06:30 until 21:30 Sunday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 For arrivals when the reception is closed, it is possible to check-in using the machine. A key distributor is available for late arrivals. Please note that it is not possible to add an extra bed in the rooms for 2 people. Please note that it is advised to pay using a bank card. Cash payments can be refused. Guests arriving outside of check-in hours are asked to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in/key collection. We would also like to clarify that the reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to midnight. Furthermore, our property welcomes both business and leisure travelers and benefits from a strategic location, notably just a 5-minute walk from the Zénith d’Orléans. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
