Please note that all the rooms located on the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. Our two apartments are independent of the hotel: they are located in another district of the intramuros, the Carmes district, on Carreterie Street. The two apartments occupy the same small two-story stone building, without elevator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. "Tolles und ruhiges Hotel in toller Lage"

Sehr nettes Personal, wunderschöner Innenhof zu dem die Zimmer rausgehen, schön eingerichtet, super Lage zur Innenstadt und auch zum Bahnhof. Sichere Parkplätze sind vorhanden und müssen reserviert werden.

Die Anweisung zu wo sich die Parkplätze befinden, hätten wir vorab gebrauchen können, da man vor dem Hotel nicht wirklich parken kann, sondern nur auf der Straße halten kann. Sonst war alles perfekt 😊

"A lovely stay in Avignon."

The staff were really friendly and helpful, with suggestions on things to visit in the short time we had. Stored our baggage easily and even helped me carry mine to my room. The location was excellent.
