Mirabello Hotel

This hotel was in an ideal location close to everything in town including the bus station and ferry. We were Ble to be at the airport for an early flight in app. 10 minutes and reception arranged a taxi for us. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and helped us to get Some lost items back from Santorini island, we were very appreciative and the staff were vey in standing!! A comfortable room in a grey location.

Our family has a great stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. My son really wanted to try Cretan style snails. The front office staff helped us locate a few restaurants. Every place they mentioned was fabulous. Great location. The hotel was very close to the Lion Fountain and tourist spots. There was also a grocery store around the corner - very nice as it let us buy inexpensive breakfasts.

Location of the hotel is perfect: 2min walk to the city centre and its pedestrian street, and 5min walk to the seafront (yet, the hotel is on a very quiet street). Our room was spotless, with everything we needed, like A/C, Flatscreen TV, Small fridge, coffee machine. Bathroom was very clean too (we paid a little more to get a private bathroom, as there are some rooms in the hotel where you have to share a bathroom with other rooms). Wifi network is also very good in the hotel. Dont expect anything fancy or luxurious though, and the room deco seems outdated, but we honestly did not care. All we wanted was a clean room with all the amenities for a good price, and we definitely got all that, and a little more (friendly staff, location really is perfect). It is obvious the owners take really good care of their hotel, and we would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

Location fantastic. Friendly reception and though decor in rooms are a bit dated, it was spotless, comfortable and value for money.

I love the Mirabello. I've stayed there three times now. The hotel isn't fancy but it is exceptionally comfortable and nice for the price. It's centrally located down a quiet street just off the main areas of the city. The rooms are comfortable, have beautiful balconies, good light and it conditioning and every part of the building is clean and well kept. The family that runs the hotel is very nice and helpful. I always stay in the rooms with no bathrooms but don't feel like I'm missing anything.

I stayed for 2 nights and found it very comfortable. It was quiet and the huge balcony was perfect for sitting out on. The staff were very friendly and went over and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you.

PROS: Excellent central location, good price, nearby places to eat, reasonable service from reception. CONS: Very basic room, tiles throughout, cleanliness could have been better. When you are sharing a toilet, less than once a day cleaning is not great. Maybe it was once a day but still... not great.
