Mirabello Hotel

This hotel was in a terrific location - walking distance to everything we needed. It's a bit oldfashioned but clean and comfortable; the bathroom was quite spacious! The staff was super helpful in providing directions. Such a beautiful town; we had a great visit.

Great location and very nice hotel. There were a few issues, the garbage from the bathroom wasn't removed from the previous guest, there was barely enough toilet paper to get us through our 1 night stay, wifi was so slow it was not useable, and the bed was rock hard.

Excellent location, value for money, services, access to transport, sea, town centre, etc.

Best thing about this hotel is its location- very close to the port, many restaurants and city centre. We stayed only for a night, so can't comment on service and staff. Worth the money

Very helpful and attentive staff, even at 5AM when my red eye flight arrived. The value is here for a budget traveler, but the rooms could be updated. Bathroom is down the hall, but maybe not all the rooms are that way? Overall a pleasant experience and good price.

Well situated, close to centre of town and coast. Very friendly family running the hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable .

This was only a one night stay on my way to Chania after the last bus left town. It was just what I wanted...entirely appropriate hotel to rest off the journey, have a shower and sleep. Reception gave me the name of a good bakery and coffee place, as well as some sites to visit before my bus left. It was very central. It was also extremely reasonable for a single person. No hesitation in recommending it if this is why you are staying in Iraklion.

Very friendly staff, family run business. No frills but clean and comfortable, beds very comfortable. Heraklion is a small city so it's not difficult to get around on foot.

Excellent stay, staff helpful, AC cool, WiFi fine, very close to main commercial street, port, major attractions, many good restaurants nearby, very modern, on quiet street, nice breeze off water most of time, short walk to fortress museum, price very reasonable
