Mirabello Hotel

Given a room reeking of tobacco, exchanged but laissez faire attitude

We enjoyed how close it was to the town center. We felt safe walking with the kids to grab dinner or enjoy some shopping.

Ideal for our short stop over before an early opening ferry.

Great location -- --. Friendly Personal - - great information from employees. Lacking in inverters caring to put any 💰 money back into the hotel to making anyone want to come back to this hotel for any reason other then it's location. (There are many hotels nicer than and with the same location.

I look forward to staying at the Mirabello again; the staff were all very nice and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and it was a great part of Heraklion to stay in.

In our experience this is an excellent place to stay. Close to everything we needed. The beds were a bit firm for our old bodies. Would definitely stay again though.

The air conditioner started leaking water onto the bed. Called for help the front desk attendant didn't come up. Finally, he did & did not seem surprised by it. Gave me instructions on how to use the remote controlafter he pushed buttons for 10 min to make it stop. After 20 min it happened again it stopped & started again. Attendant came up after an hour of this & said he could not fix & he could not accommodate us for laxk of rooms. Suggested we should leave it off.

The property is easy walking distance to restaurant area. Very active. Good vibe.

Nicky made are stay even more special. The hotel is truly a gem!

Mirabello is a nice hotel for a one night stay. We arrived at midnight and was greeted by a super friendly front desk guy. Very hospitable letting us know about the bakery down the street and the drinks available for purchase in the lobby. Our room was very small assuming it's for the customers that are one night stays I guess. The bathroom was so tiny that it was a little difficult to move around. The sink was small enough for a toddler. However, we had a pleasant night's rest in a comfortable bed. I slept through the entire night. I'd also like to note, this is a great location and walking distance to the bus station (8 min) and to even the edge of tourist areas (<10 min).
