Palmera Beach - Adults Only

I liked everything except the lack of a VIP room upgrade.

The deluxe room with the jacuzzi was great, the staff behavior and attitude were amazing, very welcoming and nice. Dimitria, Helena, Manos were very nice. The spa prices were quite high, and the indoor pool costs money which is a shame. Will definitely come back to this hotel in my next visit!

Bad service and condition of the room. Not helpful staff

The staff is incredible. It was low season, but they upgraded me to a view of the sea, and allowed me late checkout. Restaurant was at the hotel. Huge portions, and great. The room was a decent size …..the view awesome. I can’t say enough about the staff. Thank you.

It was a great 2 night stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. Only bad was our shower drain was clogged and toilet leaked some. Other than that, great hotel stay!!

Location was perfect right on the sea front at the end of the main strip which meant everything was still walkable but it felt a bit more quiet. The hotel itself was beautiful, really well kept with great facilities. We loved the rooftop gym. We got the sea view room upgrade which was well worth it to look out over the ocean

Nice Staff

Good hotel in a good location, accessible but not too close to bars and clubs. Such a shame that there were a few small annoying things (e.g. EUR 10 deposit for a beach towel. EUR 2.5 for a safe - there is no sign on the safe that it's not free and I realized it after I closed it. Low quality breakfast.)

I decided to do a last minute trip to Crete for a couple of days, without doing a lot of research on where to stay. One of the first advantages that I saw, was the hotels’s location. It is right in front of the water and has easy access to transport, restaurants and shops. Second, the views that you can have from the property and the hotel’s restaurant are wonderful. It is a great experience to enjoy a meal and drinks by the sea. Third, and the most important thing for me, was the excellent service that I received. I travel a lot on business or for leisure. Having work in hospitality before, I pay attention to details. Although, I tend to stay in all types of accomodations from big hotel chains to family-run properties, I saw that this hotel has great reviews and five star ratings but did not know what to expect. My check-in process was easy and the staff super friendly and welcoming. They called me by my name during the entire stay and all the staff from managers, receptionists and waiters greeted everyone by their names and asked about how their day and stay were going and if they needed any help. I took the half-board which included breakfast and dinner. The quality and variety of the food was great. I loved the pastries! It felt like I was visiting friends rather than a hotel. If you needed help or information, they were ready to jump in and help. You can tell that the team was genuinely happy and takes pride on the work they do. Can’t wait to come visit again! Thank you!
