Sehr freundliches und stets zuvorkommendes Personal..Sehr gutes Frühstück. Und alles barrierefrei und behindertengerecht Mein Mann kann nicht gehen und sitzt im Rollstuhl und es hat sofort jemand geholfen, wenn es nötig war.

Das Bett war mit 80 cm pro Matratze zu klein für uns.

Theartemis Hotel is has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with very attentive and helpful staff. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool room which was amazing and made our stay even more special. The pool area is spacious with plenty of sun loungers and the Freddo cappuccino from the pool bar is really good. Overall the facilities, the cleanliness and hospitality were outstanding and we would definitely come here again. Thank you.

Have just finished our stay at the theartemis and couldn’t recommend more! The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. Once we arrived we were greeted with a drink and was taken directly to our rooms. The staff go above and beyond for your needs and nothing is too much of an ask! There was no issues with sunbeds being reserved and could easily find a space everyday. Lots to do around the hotel and just a short walk from the harbour / old town. Rooms were modern and cleaned daily and the food selection was varied and enjoyable. Would 100% return again!

Excellent spot. Stayed for a friend wedding in Rethymno and it was the perfect spot. Walkable into the old town which was brilliant.

Reception could be a bit friendlier. The guest concierge was amazing though

The food was very good the restaurant was very comfortable staff were very friendly the superior room was modern very comfortable bed all inclusive good value

Entertainment a bit lacking not every night and piped music was too modern for mostly older clientele Mixers were a bit watery bottles would’ve been nice
