La piscine étoilée la nuit, la petite piscine couverte et chaude. La literie du double lit. La salle d’eau et la chambre sont très bien. Le choix du petit déjeuner.

Le lit d’appoint pour notre fils était extrêmement dure. L’odeur de remontée d’égouts à chaque fois que nous avons pris une douche. Le sèche cheveux dans un tiroir dans la chambre et non dans la salle d’eau.

I had a wonderful stay at Theartemis Palace in Crete! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of delicious, fresh options. The pool area and facilities were well-kept and made the stay feel truly relaxing. With its great location close to the beach and Rethymno town, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

La gentillesse et l'accueil du personnel, le soin apporté a chaque instant, et les équipements de l'hôtel !

Un peu distant des principaux points a voir mais cela se fait en journée sans problème. On le savait avant d'y venir !

The food, wide choice and good quality. Loved the bread.

No big issue, I prefer a walk-in shower.

Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn einer der Außenpools beheizt gewesen wäre. Wir waren vom 13. bis 23.10. vor Ort und im Außenpool zu baden war leider wegen der Wassertemperatur nicht möglich.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel All Inclusive. The hotel itself is very modern and stylish and our superior double room overlooking the pool was nice and quite large. The only negative was that the large balcony had mirrored glass and with a large bush in front of it u couldnt actually see the pool! There r plenty of sun loungers but only the ones on the road side get the sun, the rest r in the shade. The pool was freezing, but ok once u r in! There wwere cover songs 4 background music and bar and food service available from your sunlounger! Towels were available but u have to go to the other part of the hotel, across the road and then downstairs to the spa to get them. The smaller second pool is in this part of the hotel as is the indoor pool, but was always full of kids! We had blue wrist bands as we were All Inclusive and never once in 21 sittings did we get shown to our table in the modern dinning room, but most paying guests did experience this, although not an issue 4 us. The staff were always helpful and provided good service. The food was dissappinting and the worst thing about it was it was never hot, just warm/tepid and definitley would be cold by the end of your meal! Only ever found 1 hot plate which didnt help! Drinks were typical of most All Inclusive deals, not great but good 4 beer and soft drinks. The location of the hotel is great, just over the road from the beach and a nice walk into town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. All in all, a good holiday.
