Theartemis Palace

Lovely hotel in the heart of Rethymno, a small walk into the old town. The staff are superb, and can’t do enough for you. The all inclusive food is fantastic, with a variation of foods and dishes each day. The hotel rooms are beautiful, ours overlooked the pool area. There is a lovely ambience around the hotel with beautiful colours, music, scents and cleanliness. The hotel itself is very private with the outdoor areas offering low noise levels from outside the hotel. Great value for a fantastic hotel. Rethymno itself is stunning, I would recommend the city bus tour and train tour also, as well as the bars and restaurants in the old town. The best sea food, pasta and Aperol Spritz!!

Très bel hôtel avec une grande piscine extérieure et une petite intérieure. Le chemin le long de la plage pour aller à la vieille ville est très agréable.

Top Lage- sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr guter Service vor allem im Restaurant. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und der Buffetbereich war sehr sauber. Teller etc. wurden sehr zügig abgeräumt und die Tische waren stets sauber- hervorragend. Sehr schöne gepflegte Poolanlage und der schöne Indoorpool mit warmen Wasser wurde ausgiebig von unserer Tochter genutzt.

Die Rotweine waren uns abends zu warm und müssten mindestens auf Rotweintemperatur gekühlt werden. Nur griechische Rotweine im Sortiment- ein paar internationale weine wären wünschenswert Zimmer Poolseite etwas zu klein für drei Personen Das Barpersonal war etwas unmotiviert und.

Perhaps the advertisement of the facilities (i.e. we were not sure where the indoor pool & gym were located and what times they opened)
