L hôtesse du samedi 6 juin 2026 à été désagréable avec une remarque qui ne m'a vraiment pas plus .elle m'a fait une remarque pour les serviette de bain. Et surtout sa ne me concerne pas elle a dit que il faut pas mettre du fond de teint ou maquillage sur les serviette de bain et poyr elle c est du travail et elle nous a dit que sa sera facture .mais je comprend pas cet réaction. De cet dame..et elle a pas de preuve et je pense une serviette est faite pour se laver .et reste quand même sale .et c est vraiment pas bien de parler comme sa au client..on paye l hotel quand même c est vraiment décevant.
