La propreté des lieux et le confort des lits. La diversité de l'offre de produits au petit déjeuner.

Le manque d'un ou deux crochets près du lavabo pour suspendre une serviette à mains.

La chasse d'eau fuyait énormément, il n'est pas imaginable que le personnel d'entretien ne s'en soit pas rendu compte lorsqu'il a fait la chambre (ça coulait en continu dès que je suis rentré). La douche était bouchée. Là encore, en faisant couler l'eau 30 secondes, on s'en rend compte.
