Romantik Hotel Die Gersberg Alm mit Panoramablick auf Salzburg und Outdoor Pool ab Mai

Beautiful grounds that overlook the city of Salzburg. The building is very pretty, and the amenities are nice. There is a porch that you can enjoy the views from. There is a dining room that is indoor/outdoor and it is very nice for breakfast, and dinner, as well as for a glass of wine.

I would have liked a little more interaction with staff.

the location of the hotel was great at the tip of the mountains and surrounded with greenery. The view was also great. The rooms were clean as well. The bathroom was also nice with some radio :-)

The reception was not easy to get thru, as we needed a couple of things but couldn't get - eg - we wanted a table fan as there was no AC in room and there are flies and mosquitoes in the room due to forests around. but we couldnt get thru them. Also the people serving breakfast were very cold and not cooperative in terms of serving food options. It was difficult to have to put anything that we wanted as most of the times they would refuse.

Stunning location with fantastic alpine views and towards beautiful Salzburg. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant with knowledgeable staff, tasting menu in the garden was a holiday highlight.

There are no lifts and no coffee/tea making facilities. No air conditioning in a heatwave made our room uncomfortable for sleeping.

Kein Aufzug Frühstück am Wochenende ziemlich chaotisch und beengt. Essen Abends im Restaurant - Preis- Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht - zu Teuer und es hat uns nicht geschmeckt, Luft nach oben.

Die Lage ist phantastisch, die Liegemöglichkeiten im großzügigen Garten mit Blick auf die Salzburg sind ein Träumchen.

ein Gym wäre neben vorhandenem Pool, Sauna und Tennisplatz ein „add on“ ansonsten alles fein
