Gar nichts!

Ich habe nicht die Zimmer Kategorie erhalten welche ich gebucht habe, dies wurde mir beim Empfang auch nicht kommuniziert. Dunkles, schmutziges , stinkendes Zimmer bekommen. Badezimmer Standard Max 2 Sterne, Plastik Dusch Vorhang, eng und kein WC Papier!! Ich bin nur aus Not geblieben, weil zur Messe keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar waren. Frühstück auch keine 4 Sterne, Kantine mäßig und Parkplatz eine reine Katastrophe für 20€ die Nacht. Ich habe meine negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Hotel geteilt, kein Entgegenkommen. Ich kann das Hotel welches nach Insolvenz neu übernommen wurde leider nicht weiterempfehlen und werde selber einen großen Bogen um das Hotel machen. Bin Vielreisende, aber sowas noch nicht erlebt.
