The hotel is located on perfect place which is not so close to crowded area Magaluf but also not far from it. You can walk <10min and take bus for only two stations <5min to Magaluf. The hotel has a beautiful big size pool and entrance to the sea. The "all inclusive" option is really worth it. Big and clean restaurant, lots of options for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The lunch and dinner changes every time "Spanish, Italian, etc" each time. The free drink and snacks are served at inside bar or by the pool also at night in the cave thema bar which has a entertainment program every night, some are really interesting: Spanish dance performance, live music etc.

The rooms on 4th floor with ocean view have wonderful view to the pool and ocean but the 4th floor is located under the restaurant so it get noisy in room early mornings or at dinner time. My suggestion is get ocean view 5th,6th ...

No staff at lounge bar in the afternoon even when raining it wasn’t open this should be open all day as nowhere for customers to get drinks in the day apart from pool bar which is rediculous. Lunchtime at the restaurant no hot drinks machines turned on so you cannot get hot drink in restaurant or lounge bar all day unless you go to the pool bar it doesn’t make any sense.
