Beach and restaurants around the hotel were very nice.

Room had very little lighting, blackout curtains only, so during the day you could flash everybody around or change in complete darkness for some privacy. Picked the half board option for 6 nights, but only used it on the first night as the food is very low quality and tasteless. Restaurant has a very pungent smell as you walk in. Breakfast is mediocre, fried eggs always missing as the same staff entitled to do that has to make omelettes at the same time. Old and canned fruit as “fresh” options. Towels for pool are charged €10 each and refund at check out. Sauna and jacuzzi? You have to pay €15 a day per person to use it. Big queues at the pool bar, all day. Finally the ac in the room was old and the filters were dusty, holes in the bathroom brought two surprises during the night: 2 cockroaches. Two days before check out I asked about the late check out (that is advertised in the room) as my flight was at night, was told that would be ok but I had to check availability 24 hours before, after 24 hours was told to check availability on the check out day (morning) but was told it was 99% ok to do so. On the check out day/morning was told late check out was not available and we had to leave the room at 11am. Anyway, the area is very nice and the restaurants around the hotel were lovely, but avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is located in an amazing quiet beach, but only 20 min walking to Magaluf. The sun shines over the pool area all day long and we had a room with an amazing view. The food was good at the buffet restaurant.

The rooms are fine, clean, but if you are a couple just be prepared to sleep in separate beds as they don’t have double beds - I think they only offer rooms with two single beds. Anyway, the biggest annoyance of our holiday were the terrible all inclusive (but not!) drinks. So not all drinks are all inclusive to begin with, the nice ones you’ve to pay for. The all inclusive ones are terrible, really cheap alcohol, not tasty and not many choices. We had to get really creative. The snack bar also had lots of nice options not included in the all inclusive.. Bring cash for your pool towels, you’ve to pay for them and they’ll give you the money back when you return them. But they only take cash for these which was an inconvenience. Overall, it was grand but the quality of the drinks was a real let down. We slept pretty bad too cause we couldn’t sleep together as the two single beds kept separating and the pillows were awful! You’ll be fine if you don’t mind that but we definitely were bothered by it.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s positioned in the most incredible little cove where you have access to the sea from the pool area (that’s if you are allowed to go in the sea.. it was shut for 3 days of our trip due to potential sewage contamination)

I was really disappointed with our room. It’s not made clear when booking that you have to select a different option if you’d like a room with a pleasant/sea view. We had a really unattractive view onto the car park which was incredibly loud each morning with bin collections, coaches arriving etc. The food selection was impressive but the quality was poor. We quite often found ourselves eating out in nearby restaurants because we were so put off by some of the food. The breakfast is probably the best in terms of food quality over lunch/dinner. For a hotel swarming with people, there was no atmosphere. Not one bar or social area had music playing. Not even in the cave bar which had to be one of the coolest areas.
