Not great value for money. Rooms are ok but overall hotel looks a bit run down for the price.

Location was great and the food was quite good.

Everything was just a bit cheap starting from the sun launchers to cocktails and even the toilet paper. Drinks were served in plastic cups and the wrist bands showing you were all inclusive were not removable so you had to wear them when leaving the hotel.

The location was the best part. And if you get a room with a seaview, that is a plus. The reception is nice and looks fresh and clean, but it felt like the only area of the hotel that had those characteristics. The food was just fine, some days better than others. Nothing incredible in terms of taste, but okay and with decent variety. I did enjoy their salad bar and the ice cream.

Unfortunately, there were more negatives than positives. The overall cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were not great, for example: -The corridors leading to the rooms, look dirty, old and often times with the panels that hide the pipes removed, so you can see into the plumbing of the rooms, almost like they were always being repaired. -I asked the sheets to be changed a bit more often than 3 days since it was really hot, and therefore sweating a bit more than usual, however, they didn't do it. -In the room, there were some used tissues left under the bed, from the previous guests that remained there for 3 more days after we arrived. This was very visible. -I saw 2 cockroaches in the hotel at different times, one in the pool bathroom that I killed myself, and the other one the corridor leading to the pool, which was already dead. This was close to the pool area, so it could have come from the outside, but I can't be sure. Other things to mention: The drinks were really not great. They use the cheapest alcohol possible and most time they serve it in a paper coffe cup. The pool area is really cramped, there is really not much space around you. If you do want to get a decent spot, both for the location or the ones that have a bit more space around it, be prepared to wake up at 6.30am. I think overall I wouldn't recommend it, mainly for the price-quality. For the price we paid, we were expecting a much better experience. We have stayed in various all-inclusive in the past ranging from "cheap" to "expensive", and this was in the middle to more pricey, however, we got the experience of a cheap hotel and we definitely felt like we were overpaying.

This is classic old huge hotel, went through nice renovations a few year back. Food is excelent, everyone will find something for themselves and every day there are variations. Staff is quick and helpful. Cave area is very unique and beautiful. Gym is nicely equipped and probably vacant for your use (I was there alone for 45 minutes in the morning), usual guests of this hotel does not care about exercising. Entry to the sea from the pool area is very nice!

There is no entertainment at all (music playing in the lobby and pitiful animations = games in the pool, that's it). Cave bar and area is so nice, but boring with only elderly people or couples, no music. Alcohol served is cheap and especially wine is so bad. We had all inclusive, but there is no new water bottle everyday in your refrigerator - only for the first day. My cousin was instructed to buy one in the nearby supermarket, ridiculous at all inclusive. Another ridiculous thing is people getting up early to save their sun beds with towels and then not be there for another couple of hours and then again during lunch time. You have trouble finding sun beds, if everyone would just use one when chilling by the pool = it would be every time enough sun beds for everyone. Funny and laughable. Old AC working just sometimes.

It’s located near the wonderful sea and the sea like crystal clear water. Foods are good, clean rooms and facilities. Even the city centre of Magaluf is 15 mins by walking.

The friendly staff (especially at the pool) & the fact that you could access the beach/ sea easily were the only upsides

The hotel & room was definitely not what we expected. Its advertised as 4 star, even on their website and they probably shouldn’t even be a 3 star The room had a bad smell, the drains stank really badly the entire time. Our beds were so uncomfortable We found cockroaches in the room on two different days (see picture with one of them) The room didn’t get properly cleaned everyday, beds were made but that was about it. The ventilation in the room was terrible, definitely didn’t cool to the temperature on the dial so we barely slept because we were sweating the entire night. Advertised that there is a safe in the room, but they don’t tell you that there is a fee to use it & to get the key. The cocktails that you paid for at the bar were delicious & quality, but the ones in the all inclusive (which we had) were watered down pre-mixes. Have never complained / given a bad review before, but wow we had a bad holiday & couldn’t wait to get home. Considered leaving after night 1 but after the amount we paid, it felt horrid.

Clean hotel great food

Difficult to get a sun bed if you're not early. Forced to sit by the bar even though most sun beds were NOT being used as they all had been claimed with towels on them.
