Good value for money, very clean, food selection was very good

Can’t really fault anything, for the amount we paid.

Room with sea view and balcony was lovely and plenty of room. All inclusive was fantastic.

We were charged for a drink as we didn't get our all inclusive wrist bands when we checked in. Our room was not ready when we got to it. There was often no toilet roll in the bathroom in our room or around the site. Our key card stopped working on our last day. The room was very noisy - we could hear other guests in their rooms and the evening entertainment through the walls and floor.

Good location, lovely small cove just outside of Magaluf.

Hotel has VIP areas, not given option to upgrade. Makes ‘ordinary’ guests feel like second class. Water only provided in room on first night. Only available if all inclusive from bars, so if needed between midnight and 07:45 when breakfast starts, you have to go without. Hotel states it does not take cash only cards for payment but it only takes cash as a deposit for pool towels. Limited choices for guests on all inclusive (eg. pizza from pool bar were extra). The atmosphere in the piano bar was nonexistent, at night the lighting was too bright and no background music. Felt as if you were sitting in a dentist waiting room.

Location is lovely very quiet and relaxing. Very scenic. The hotel is very clean.

Really wide selection of food (for all incl) and nice cave bar with good drinks (if you paid). Food nothing to get excited by but good for the price. All inclusive drinks were cheap unbrand spirits. Pool area was clean and staff were nice. Entertainment one night but not for long.

Room was not good. Ants in the bathroom and bedroom, chunks gone out of floorboards. On arrival, our TV did not work and door did not lock. Toilet flush was broken and worked only sometimes. Maintenance came to resolve some issues but was barely 3 star standard. No overhead light in the room so dark was good to hide the ants crawling around.

the view from the window (10+) and a close (2m) descent to the sea (10+). you could become a hotel rated 9+ . having a place that is rated 10+ is really not worth trying for everything else. :( this was our 7th (4****) hotel in mallorca and it was the worst.

small ants, closet doors won't close, squealing elevators, stench from bathroom pipe, food and service terrible.

- great view with the sea right next to the pool - the cave bar was really beautiful - wide variety of choice in breakfast and dinner

- the room was unacceptable to give to clients: right above the pool bar and noise every night until around 00:30. Additionally, every morning there was really annoying noise of dragging furniture around 8-9am (cleaners? Pool bar? Combination?). So definitely not a quiet relaxing stay (we asked three times for a different room and in the last one they said there was only a different one without view available and the one we had it was better in that way and we decided to stay) - two single beds that are side by side but move easily and get separated - the lighting was almost non existent. Very low (lamps beside bed and led below the TV) - cleaning could be much better. There was mold in the bathroom. In addition, the water in the shower went from both the tap and the shower head and the pressure was low due to this (the system to pick one of those was broken). - although there was a huge variety of choices in breakfast and dinner the quality was below average (thankfully because of the amount of choices you could find something good to eat).
