Great overall stay. The rooms were modern and clean. The rest of the hotel had very nice facilities. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious with such a huge variety. The free WiFi that they offer does not work and if you want to upgrade the WiFi an additional charge of 5/10 Euro per week of your stay.
Overall a very good stay. Clean, comfortable bedrooms, modern décor. Outdoor areas maintained well. Food quality was pretty good and tasty. Would stay again. Thank you for the stay.
As the hotel is relatively new it looks great. However its let down by the service and some of the more basics. The room was muggy and warm not really confortable to sleep when we asked reception about this we were told the A/C is not activated until May and to leave the balcony door open. Leaving this open made it only slightly more tolerable however the hotel plays rock/pop music throughout the premisis from 12pm until 12am and leaving the balcony open means you get some questionable music choice streaming into your room until 12am. It was also the first 4 star hotel i have been to where when you asked for a double you get a double bedsted with 2 single matresses. If me and my wife wanted to sleep together the closer we got the more 1 mattress would slip away. It was just awkward trying to sleep. To further my point about service not being up to standard we asked for additional pillows the 2nd night but were told the maids have gone home and only they can provide additional pillows so wait until next morning. Aside from that it's location to arneal beach is great and the breakfast was lovely with a huge choice. Parking was sometimes an issue to find close by. We had to end up parking a 5 mins walk away from the hotel most of the time but it was free on the streets around the hotel. There are shops few mins walk from the hotel which generally sell everything you would need.

I have nothing bad to say about indico hotel! It was clean, food was decent, location was probably the most unappealing part, as it was far from both center, and cost 21 Euro to the airport... but overall very satisfied with my stay.
+: the pools, the breakfast buffet, close proximity to the beach/public transport -: little amenities in the room, few toiletries provided for a 4-star hotel, pool towel requires 20€ deposit in cash, bathrobe and slippers have a 40€ surcharge.
My only criticism is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and concern over the safety of the glass on the balcony. Wood screws used on one of the glass supports.
Very nice hotel! I would definitely recommend staying here for comfort. The only issue I had was not receiving the king bed I requested.
If you're looking to hang around a bunch of insanely drunk Germans, this is your place. Overall the hotel is decent. Odd that the bathroom door is see through in the room though. Air conditioning did not work at all, requiring us to leave the patio door open all night to the frequent yells of drunk Germans marching by. Jaaaaaaaa! Nice pool area with a piano player in the evening. If you're German and here to party, this is your spot.
