Nieuw, mooi en modern hotel. Beneden een wat groter zwembad en op het dakterras een beachclub idee met leuke muziek en een klein zwembad.
Le personnel, les services, le rooftop, la propreté
El hotel es muy nuevo, las habitaciones son estupendas, la piscina del hotel está abierta hasta muy tarde. Los trabajadores eran muy agradables. No me gusto el horario de las comidas, sobre todo la cena, que acababa a las 21:30, el de bar de la piscina, que a las 18 ya no te servían nada. Era molesto que tuviesen puesto música en el exterior del hotel hasta las 2 de la mañana, si querías dormir antes era complicado con tanto ruido. Pero en general el hotel me ha gustado mucho.
Wir hatten in diesem Hotel einen sehr entspannten Urlaub an der Playa del Palma. Bis zum Strand ist es fußläufig auch nicht sehr weit. Das Hotel selbst ist neben dem Pool auch mit einer sehr schönen Dachterasse ausgestattet, welche ebenfalls einen kleinen Pool zum erfrischen aufbietet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich.
Great breakfast, the roof top pool was very nice. close to the beach. 90% german people in the hotel and around this area.
Fresh eggs and fruit, but terrible coffee, made breakfast ‘okay’ overall. Dinner was great some days, so check before you go. Nice room, shower, lobby and hallways. Walking distance to beach but Mallorca has far better beaches elsewhere. Roof top pool isn’t as great as I imagined but not bad. Security and front desk are extremely unfriendly at night. Location is full of drunk tourists so be prepared. Cleaning team is great! Most employees were very nice.
Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. The only problem that the room was tiny for 3. Not even place to open one suitcase.
Did not get the room I paid for, spoke to staff about this who stated there was nothing they could do- 'because I was travelling alone I got a single bed (despite paying for a double- I showed them this!). My room was small and dirty, my towels were soiled, no apologies. I had to check out early, I was so upset and disappointed. I paid extra for this special 'room/hotel' and got let down- still waiting to hear back from anyone weeks later... AWFUL! No customer service ever! There were also 'hidden' charges for everything! From the safe to other facilities- inc extortionate early check in- I was 2 hours early and charged €30.
I made a great choice with this hotel. All staff were friendly + as I was travelling alone, the bar staff (Flora + Antonio) were particularly good at making me feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel was an adult only environment, which was great and it had a calm feel to it. The roof top bar was amazing and a place of relaxation during the day. Every night had entertainment, but I cannot comment on this as I didn't see it. I would definitely consider returning. My only disappointment was that the floor of my room wasn't as clean as the rest of the room.
Indigo Rock Hotel is a Vegas style hotel in Palma. Great service, staff and awesome amenities! You can even rent an electric guitar and rock out in your soundproof room!!! Location is not too far from the beach. Great pools and bars. Awesome breakfast and dinner buffets. All in all, a great stay. Muchas gracias!!!
