"Odličan izbor hotela kao i destinacije."

Doručak je bio fenomenalan, odličan izbor hrane koji je premašio sva očekivanja. Izuzetna higijena u hotelu. Ljubazno i predusretljivo osoblje. Preko hotela smo koristili uslugu rent a car i iskustvo je fenomenalno (odlična cena, iz agencije dodju po gosta i vrate ga prilikom potpisivanja ugovora u agenciji, preuzimanja i vracanja kola). Hotel se nalazi na mirnom mestu, na samoj plazi. More je na tom delu cisto i toplo. Hotel je na odličnoj udaljenosti u odnosu na grad Palmu, ispred hotela se nalazi autobuska stanica od koje se za 15 minuta stiže autobusom do grada. Moja porodica i ja ćemo se svakako vratiti u ovaj hotel😊

Nedostatak bolje ventilacije u kupatilu.

"Mooi aan strand gelegen hotel waarbij alle kamers uitzicht op zee bieden."

Mooi uitzicht (vanaf kamer aan zijkant) op de zee. De bedden waren uitstekend. Schoon en hygiënisch hotel. Genoeg keuze bij ontbijt- en dinerbuffet. Vriendelijk hotelpersoneel. We sloten bijna elke avond af in de rooftopbar op het hotel (8e verdieping) met mooi uitzicht over zee en de wijk. Op het strand voor het hotel zijn ligbedden en parasol te huur tot 18:30 uur voor 10,00 per stuk.

Kamers zijn licht gehorig, maar dit ligt ook aan gasten die hier rekening mee moeten houden. Uiteindelijk viel de overlast mee. Hoewel het dinnerbuffet altijd voldoende was, was het eten na verloop van de dinnertijd (regulier van 18:30-21:30) soms al een beetje lauwwarm. Ook bij dit hotel leggen veel gasten al vroeg hun handdoeken op de ligstoelen rond het zwembad (open van 10:00-19:00) zonder hier meteen gebruik van te maken. Hierdoor was er vanaf ca. 10:00 uur geen ligstoel meer vrij. Volgens de receptie was de procedure vervolgens de life guard te vragen om een beschikbare ligstoel die hij/zij dan na 15 minuten wachten ging vrijmaken.
