The staff in the hotel gave a very friendly welcome and were very keen to help in any way. The acknowledgement of gluten intolerance and then availability of gluten free bread at breakfast was unexpected as many good establishments do not recognise this as an issue. Although there is no parking on site the staff are very happy and willing to take and collect your car from the very near underground car park. The staff, hotel appearance and facilities and location make this an absolute gem. I think the service and attitude given by the staff is 5 star.

Hotel was not particularly far from everything but could be closer to the cathedral area. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Hot air came out of the vents when we turned on the ac, guess they felt the season was still too cool.

The staff was very helpful in letting me change my room to include my Camino friends and to add an extra day.

The people who work at this hotel could not have been more helpful. I was very impressed.

We were in Spain for two weeks and this was by far our favorite hotel! The service and staff were exceptional. The location was truly convenient to everything we wanted. The room and bathroom were not big, but were certainly adequate and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night but this is a really friendly and convenient place to stay adjacent to a wonderful park. Perfect location for exploring the sights of Santiago

This small and friendly hotel is situated very close to the old part of Santiago and a short walk takes you to the cathedral, shops, tapas bars etc. We decided to take breakfast in the hotel for convenience, which is something we don't usually do, and were very glad we did so, as it was tremendous value for money. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful at all times and I would definitely use this hotel in the future

We stayed here for a week in June. Very comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Room was kept spotless and bed turned down at night - made me feel looked after. We had asked for a quiet room and we got an attic under the eaves-perfect! We were in Santiago during a hot spell so we could have done with a small fridge in the room to keep water cool but that was the only thing. We would stay again- it was so convenient for all the main sights and restaurants and the staff were great.

A two minute walk brings you into the heart of the old town and to lots of great restaurants and shopping.
