Las instalaciones, muy cómodo y limpio, además que esta central.

La atencion y trato que recibí de parte de la segunda recepcionista. A 1 hora de realizar mi check out, se encontraba una amiga abajo y yo le debía pasar mi maleta, la señora no la dejo subir, le explique que eso no salia en las políticas de reserva y que no es que se iba a quedar o mucho menos, y ella empieza a decir que no se puede porque yo pague sólo por mi, a lo que le reitero que sólo era para pasar algo y me dice que no, que no se puede y que esto no era mi casa. Entonces francamente lo encontré muy desagradable, ya que en teoría, yo al pagar por la habitación si puedo hacer uso de ella para lo que estime conveniente sin infringir la norma establecida de: no hacer fiestas de solteros y fumar.

No hair dryer, iron, only 1 glass, very small place, not able to open medium suitcase. Checkin took long even though I checked in on line.
