Europe Hotel

Nice hotel but the room was far too small. Aircon worked perfect so it was nice to sleep there.

Great location for the price just next to the boat harbor, subway station, street car and bus stops. But the elevator was broken during our entire 6 day stay so dislike having to climb 4 floors 3 times a day!

Huonoa: Respassa sanottiin että maksun kanssa on ollut ongelmia, vaikka olimme maksaneet matkan n. Viikkoa ennen hotels.comin kautta. Wc tiloissa oli puutteita, suihkua ei saanut seinälle ja wc tilat olivat melko vanhat ja vähän likaiset. Lattialla oli mitälie pieniä mustia roskia ja huone oli todella pieni. Hissi oli ahdas ja pieni, wifi ei toiminut kunnolla. Hotellihuoneen lukko oli vaikeakäyttöinen ja kahva jäi melkein käteen. Plussaa antaisin ilmastoinnista ja sijainnista.

The Reception is on level zero - which is up a long set of stairs from the ground level. They do have a sign saying they will help with your bags. (I guess you leave your bags at the bottom of the stairs and walk up the stairs and around to the Reception desk. There were three adults in our party so we managed the bags ourselves.) The road outside the hotel was being dug up and relaid while we were there.

Personnel très accueillant.par contre le parking public très cher 94€ pour 3 nuits à l'hôtel .des travaux dans la rue.

This is a small hotel with very small rooms. The people who run the hotel are very nice and extremely helpful. The location next to the Vieux Port is excellent

Was booked in to this hotel by work for a one night stay. Like other reviews, I was a little concerned that the frontage was just a door along a less than attractive side street. However, don't let that put you off. The hotel is small, but the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room I was given was small but as I was literally only sleeping there, it was big enough. Like everything else in the hotel, the bathroom was small but clean. My only criticism was that the shower head, was not attached to the wall, as a result, I had to hold it to shower. The location is great, only one street away from the harbour area with its bars and restaurants. Would be happy to stay here again.

Rather small room. Very clean. Very polite and helpful staff. Great location.

Very friendly stuff, clean rooms, great location. Metro station just behind the corner. Very weak WiFi signal in my room.
