Staff were wonderful. The location was 5 minute walk to the Sanctuary and plenty of restaurants and stores within minutes. The price of the hotel for was very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Nice 3 star hotel close to the Sanctuary "

we stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights . when we checked into the room we found out the bathroom was too small and a small cabin shower. We wanted to move into another room and talked to the receptionist. The very pleasant receptionist gave us another room. It was better than the other room but the wardrobe had no doors and the toilet seat was a bit wobbly. Tv remote was not working sometimes. I am pleased that I got discount through expedia. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Breakfast cost 8 Euro and it was not bad. we had nice fish and chips for lunch.

Lo mejor la atención de su personal, muy agradable y amable. La habitación pequeña y funcional. Lo mejor es su situación, al lado de la Basílica de Lourdes.
