For the price that you pay, this hotel is good value-for-money especially if the purpose of your stay in Lourdes is for prayers and reflection in the Sanctuary. Hotel is clean and comfy. Would have been great if a water boiler is provided. If you are a light sleeper, it could be an issue as windows are not soundproof and streets can get noisy till late.

The stay at the hotel was extermely satisfactory....Can reccomend for anyone who wants to visit the church in lourdes. Its walking distance and close to all the other facilities..

"Close to the Sanctuary of Lourdes"

when we checked into our room it was clean, but second and third day the cleaners had only changed the bed covers they have not cleaned the room.

Convenient hotel, close to St. Joseph's gat, shops, etc. Sign up for the full board--the meals are very nice.

"Come to Lourdes but never stay at this hotel!"

The price of the hotel was quite good and the location was magnificent - very close to the Grotto. But there were a few downsides. The hotel was in a very run down condition. The hot water rarely worked, and if it did, it took about 10 minutes to heat up. I decided to leave a day early on the trip, but the hotel refused to refund the additional day I had booked. I stayed for 5 nights, so it wasn't as if they didn't make any money off me. But they made me pay for 6 nights. After a wonderful week in Lourdes, the experience at this hotel leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. It is obvious that this hotel is one of the worst in Lourdes. While I was in Lourdes, the town was packed with pilgrims from all over the world and almost every hotel was booked out. But this one wasn't. I wonder why! If you can find somewhere else to stay in Lourdes, stay there and don't come back to this hotel.

"Would love to go back"

A very good simple hotel. We had a good room on the front with a balcony. Very near the Sanctuaries. A separate loo and a great little bathroom with a shower to die for. Hotel let us just do our own thing but it was good to know there was all night concierge if you needed it. Good price via this website.
