Accueil agréable. Etablissement propre, bien situé : à l'entrée d'une rue piétonne, proche de la gare, du centre et du lac. Pas besoin de voiture ! Chambre hyper spacieuse, avec 2 grandes baies vitrées ouvrant sur un balcon et son salon de jardin et donnant sur une charmante placette. Lit XXL très confortable. Grande salle d'eau propre et bien conçue. Bouilloire et sèche cheveux à disposition. Petit déjeuner en libre service. Possibilité de restauration sur place au restaurant de l'hôtel qui propose une cuisine raffinée à un prix raisonnable servi par une serveuse au contact très agréable.

Petit souci pour le second petit déjeuner. Ayant un train à prendre, nous nous sommes présentés à 7h (horaire de début de cette prestation annoncé à notre arrivée), mais il n'y avait personne et le buffet n'était pas approvisionné en produits frais. Nous avons pris notre boisson au distributeur et fait avec les produits emballés laissés en place. Un employé est arrivé alors que nous terminions. Il s'est excusé pour sa panne d'oreiller ! Sans cela le séjour aurait été parfait.

Séjour décevant : longue attente à la réception sans personnel, chambre glaciale ,petit-déjeuner sans encadrement et aucun au revoir et merci au départ. Manque évident d'accueil et d'attention envers les clients.
