The staff is nice, location is ok, reachable by bus in 15’ from city center. Breakfast was good!

The spa needs serious refurbishing!

I loved the comfort in the rooms. The restaurants and bar onsite were amazing and convenient. My room was easy to access. I loved how clean the rooms were. The waiters at Steak and more were so helpful.

There was no telephone in my room to communicate with staff. My heat didn’t work in my room. The technician never came to check it. I was moved to a room with heat my last night there. Which means for 2 nights I had no heat. The room I was moved too was much bigger and I loved that it had a tub.

Der Fitnessraum - war nur leider nicht gelüftet und viel zu heiss

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, Sauna und Dampfbad viel zu alt, alles sehr lieblos eingerichtet

Die Bar und das Kaminzimmer sowie der Schweizer Käse beim Frühstück.
