Frühstück Standard, etwas Lachs und Bündner Spezialitäten wäre schön gewesen. Personal sehr freundlich auch mit Kindern zuvorkommend.

Camas muito moles. Spa fecha cedo, já as 21.00 horas. Tinha reservado o quarto duplo para mim e meu filho no Booking.com, comprovado por escrito. Na reserva do hotel aparecia só para uma pessoa. Em vez do hotel resolver o erro direto com sua plataforma, fui cobrado o valor adicional e obrigado de resolver o ressarcimento diretamente com Booking.com como o hotel não assumiu esta responsabilidade e carregou este trabalho nas costas do seu cliente. Mesmo recebi o estacionamento como cortesia pelo rolo, estou chateado porque faz três semanas estou tentando resolver o assunto antecipadamente e faz uma semana estou correndo atrás do dinheiro comunicando entre hotel e plataforma e perdendo meu tempo. Tomem cuidado nas suas reservas a quantidade de hospedes, não paguem antes e verifiquem com o hotel o número, para poder cancelar ainda a tempo caso o mesmo aconteça com vocês. Muito chato.

wellness area was lovely, clean hotel, easy location to get to and from, restaurant on site even tho I didn't visit, they had them there, went during Christmas and it was nice and festive

Staff rude, would not let me check out early, despite it not being on the booking portal you only find this out when you're there. I had to check out early for early train, they did it but were very rude about it - So note this when booking.

Albergo non nuovissimo ma confortevole, camere e lobby con bar rinnovate e carine, zona piscina e corridoi con qualche anno sulle spalle ma comunque tenuto pulito. Comodo, con parcheggio e con il personale gentile e disponibile.

Il percorso per arrivare in camera un po' labirintico con due diversi ascensori da prendere e corridoi datati.

The only fair thing was the sky storage room.

Breakfast very poor in selection, super tiny glasses, very small plates (are they afraid people drink or eat too much?!), just one bottle of water per room at the moment of check in. We asked for another complimentary bottle in the room and the answer was " we have to buy it as well, you can get the tap water". The person at the lobby bar completely ignored us and didn't take our order: we left the place after 20 mins waiting without ordering. The room is very small, the toiletries were super minimal, the shower was leaking in 2 points. No charging points nearby the bed: just 1, taken by the abat-jour. The other charging station was in the middle of the wall literally "floating on air": how am I supposed to use that one? For sure not a recommended place to go, especially for the amount of money I paid.

Das Hotel ist völlig in die Jahre gekommen ohne dass je etwas investiert wurde. Wellness-Bereich lausig und nicht zeitgemäss. Personal unfreundlich und niemand konnte richtig deutsch. Halbpension nicht zu empfehlen: mickrige Portionen und nie ein Salatbuffet. Zimmer hellhörig und sperrig mit Fenster ohne Tagvorhänge. Nie wieder...
