Prix de la chambre excessif. Le personnel de l'accueil et du service au restaurant devrait savoir parler une des 4 langues nationales au minimum. C'est super important. Plusieurs personnes ne parlaient que l'anglais et n'avaient aucune notion de français, d'allemand ou d'italien. C'est un comble en Suisse. Service au restaurant particulièrement lent et le personnel n'était pas polyvalent ni avenant. C'est peut-être dû à la barrière de la langue, mais le client aimerait être compris quand il fait une demande.

DECHDas Zimmer war top eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal (von der Putzcrew über die Reception bis zur Serviertochter) alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück top mit reichlich Auswahl. Beim Abendessen waren wir sehr überrascht über die perfekte Zubereitung und Anrichtung und den absolut passablen Preis dazu. Auch der Spabereich mit dem grossen warmen Innenpool und dem überraschend grossen Whirlpool (35 Grad). (Sauna ist wie ich gesehen habe auch top aber da nicht genutzt kann ich darüber nichts sagen). Den Zimmerpreis dazu finde ich mehr als gerechtfertigt...
