CHCHCHServicepersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Barkeeper am Abend war besonders angenehm, humorvoll, aber auch professionell. Wir hatten einen der besten Espresso Martinis überhaupt. Der Wellnessbereich hat viel zu bieten und verspricht einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war gut, könnte bei dieser Preisklasse jedoch eine etwas hochwertigere oder neuwertigere Ausstattung haben.

Ik kwam er vroeger tot voor 7/8 jaar geleden elk jaar, nu het is overgenomen is het eten eigenlijk gewoon slecht! Ik zeg dit niet graag… maar staat er eigenlijk wel een kok in de keuken?… balie personeel is zeer vriendelijk en bekwaam, niets op aan te merken. Maar het horeca personeel is een echte ramp gewoon, weten niet hoe ze eten moeten serveren, kennen de etiquette totaal niet, hebben sneakers aan? Tis een 4 sterren hotel toch, dit kan echt niet, geen maitre meer, geen aanspreekpunt, horeca mensen zijn slordig aangekleed onverzorgd, de keuken is echt een ramp, ik geloofde het eerst niet, leer aub wat verschil is tussen een filet pur en een entrecote, ken uw bakwijze… echt heel jammer, ben er overtuigd van dat ze hierdoor een ster gaan verliezen, jammer.

Installation wellness & spa très propre; représentant parfaitement la région, sauna aux herbes avec musique. Sauna, ambiance comme dans un chalet (exceptionnel). Petit-déjeuner complet Personnel attentif Restaurant pour notre dîner à l'hauteur de nos exigences. Grâce à toutes ces caractéristiques nous avons prolongé notre séjour.

Die Zimmer sind eigentlich 3 Stern-Standard - die Cafémaschine reicht nicht zum Kompensieren… Die Matrazen sind zu weich/eventuell schon durchgelegen, aber die Bettdecken waren wunderbar. Frisches Müsli hat gefehlt/etwas zu wenig Auswahl in der heutigen Zeit.
