"Right opposite train station...very convenient."

No major issues with this hotel and definitely a good choice if you are looking for a location right near the station. Also well located to old town. Would have liked to try the restaurant but didn't get a chance...was packed full of people in the evening, always a good sign.

We loved this hotel. The breakfast was great, the room was nicely appointed and the location was convenient. However, there was no air conditioning - only a fan - and it was uncomfortably hot at times.

"Perfect Location"

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel (at least once per year for 5 years). It is positioned 2 minutes from the train station and close to all the scenic old parts of Rapperswil. It has an Asian restaurant/sushi bar on the ground level. South facing rooms have AC and north facing ones do not from what I could tell. More peaceful and quiet than staying in Zurich. Staff is exceptional and professional, especially the breakfast room service staff. Breakfast has a wider variety of options compared to other Swiss hotels I have stayed at, including hot eggs/bacon/sausage.
