Parkhotel Sonnenhof

From the moment we checked in, the Parkhotel Sonnenhof made sure we were pampered. From putting us in the gorgeous honeymoon suite for our 23rd wedding anniversary, to adding a special chocolate dessert when we dined at Marée, they made sure our stay was special. We loved the gorgeous property...so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend Parkhotel Sonnenhof to anyone looking for a way to relax and unwind. I hope to return!

One of the top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. A definite Hideaway Hotel. The pool/spa was exceptional. Stunning views, great attentive staff, and Meree certainly was a Michelin star restaurant. The country is small and quaint. Will certainly stay here should we travel close by.

We stayed at the Sonnenfoh for 3 nights. The view is beautiful and is an easy walk to the palace for some great pictures. The room was spacious and very comfortable. As with everywhere you can always find drawbacks. The only drawback I see to this hotel is there shower/tub. It is a pretty deep tub and a bit difficult to spent in and out. You have to be very careful. The staff is excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. I would very much recommend this hotel.

There isn't much to do in Vaduz but if you are looking for a quiet stop in a fresh, mountain setting this fits the bill. The hotel is uphill from town so if you want exercise, walking up will do that for you, stop now and then to admire the view and catch your breath. The hotel is very nice and my room was comfortable. My single room seemed to be a reasonable size. The Michelin star restaurant offers an additional relaxing treat.

Beautiful property with wonderful views of the castle. Staff is most accommodating and always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent and you are able to order an omelet or other hot items in addition to the breakfast buffet. Food was excellent.

While it is on the pricy end, the staff at Parkhotel Sonnenhof really do their all to make you comfortable and welcome. This starts at the front desk, where we were greeted by the hotels owner. It extended into our stay in the room, where we were met by a personalized greeting card. Anything you would need to feel comfortable is available right in the room and by the indoor pool. The grounds are quite lovely, even though we were there in the winter. I’m sure it’s quite spectacular in the warmer months. There is an excellent view of the castle. We also dined at the restaurant, and found the staff and service to be exemplary. We were greeted again by the hotels owner, and by the head chef and the food service goes beyond what you’ve ordered, with small starter and finishing bites. The included breakfast was also wonderful. Overall, quite a lovely stay and view in Vaduz.
