Parkhotel Sonnenhof

My first visit to Liechtenstein and I was so happy that I chose the Parkhotel Sonnenhof. It is a little way up the mountainside with spectacular views, my room had a balcony with the valley below and mountains beyond (and the gentle, almost hypnotic noise of the automated lawnmower trundling around under the window!). I had lunch in the fantastic Michelin star restaurant and generally felt like I was in a 007 film the entire time I was there. Thanks!

We loved everything about the Parkhotel Sonnehof! The hotel and staff are amazing! The food was delicious and the service outstanding! Our only complaint is that apparently there is no air conditioning allowed in hotel rooms in Liechtenstein and while a fan was provided in the room, it was very noisy and there were no screens on the windows so we couldn't leave them open at night because of the bugs. It was 30 degrees while we were there and proved for an uncomfortable sleep at night. Other than that minor issue, we would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Beautiful gem in Vaduz, we even changed our booking and extended to stay an extra night. We celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary and the staff made it so much more special. The Restaurant Maree was worth the stop. The hosts were truly welcoming and very friendly. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was lovely, next to the pool and most times we had the pool to ourselves for over an hour.

Excellent. Beds a bit hard, but small price to pay for a great hotel and restaurant in a beautiful place.

This might be the single best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Facility was excellent — nice rooms, spa, very nice indoor pool, etc — and the staff was superb. Also, if you get the chance, reserve a table at the hotel restaurant. I’ve been in Europe for 3 weeks, and that was possibly the best meal I’ve had yet. Truly superb. Highly recommend. I hope to return.

Excellent time in this hotel, I really enjoy the food and the swimming pool are very nice. I hope I’ll come back soon.

This is an amazing place. Beginning with the views of the mountains, to the Hotel itself. The best of all is the Restaurant. The chef has a Michelin star - and no further comment needs to be added. Simply fantastic!

Top notch, as good as any of the best hotels in the world. Excellent, friendly staff, beautifully appointed, a phenomenal restaurant, very comfortable, wonderful views from the balcony.

Great hotel with a fantastic view. Staff was friendly and I talked to the owner himself on a couple of occasions. Dinner was a remarkable experience and the food and service were top quality. One of the best places we've stayed at

Fabulous property! The only issue was that there was a heat wave occuring during our stay and the room isn't air conditioned.
