Friendly check-in and quick check-out experience. Really good location that's walking distance to the lake, multiple restaurants, and not far from the main train station.

The room smelled like moth balls, beds were too soft, pillows clumpy and uncomfortable. Despite providing 2 fans in the room, it was really warm and never really cooled down to a comfortable level. Room was a decent size, but not enough storage area. There was also no elevator and very small stairs. Not worth it for the nightly room rate.

Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Meter vom Wasser entfernt und man ist direkt an der Brücke in die Altstadt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider bieten sie kein Frühstück an und zur Straße raus war es abends ganz schön laut, aber nur bei offenem Fenster. Und wir sind nicht sehr empfindlich.

Good location easily reached by walk from the train station. Friendly staff who made the room available earlier than checkin time which allowed us to deposit our luggage before touring the city. Tea bags provided in room but many more facilities available in the main hotel across the road. Staff gave us vouchers for attractions and looked after our luggage after checkout allowing us to make the most of our visit.

Difficult to navigate stairs with heavy suitcase, but just about manageable.

Easy to find and not far from station. Lovely staff- very helpful.

check in was at another establishment across the road, a little confusing but okay once sorted. It would have been good to have those instructions in the welcome message prior to the visit. Quite noisy early morning from other guests (older building creaky floors and people wearing heavy shoes didn't help.

The caretakers were very responsive, and offered great restaurant choices where the locals go to eat. The beds were comfy and the property was super clean as welll as the pool and hot tub. Coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby with your room key. Location is great, it's close to everything!

Everything was perfect, no complaints.
