Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

Excellent breakfast 24hrs coffee, tea and juice available at the entrance.

Just 8 min outside of Lucerne but had great views from our room, a fantastic restaurant on site, breakfast was included, free parking. Also gave us a pass to take public transport into Lucerne if we desired.

Wonderful stay. Would definitely make the trip back!!!

Staff was accommodating with check in! Breakfast was amazing!!!!! so much to offer!! Rooms were comfortable and spacious! Great hotel 15 minutes outside of Lucerne but easy accessible with free bus!

I was worried the hotel would be too far away from the town center. However, the bus right outside the hotel was quite convenient coming every 15 minutes. A visitor card was offered that covers local transportation. The room was spacious and clean. The only drawback was we arrived during the heat of summer, and only a fan is available. Breakfast was very nice and variety of choices. Staff were courteous and helpful. Very nice outdoor poor with a great view, but it closes at 7:30pm.

Hotel is in quite location. Clean property. Big room for family of 4. Hope they woul provide body lotion as well in the bathroom. Also, the pillows on the sofa bed (which we used for our family) could have been a little firmer. They were folded over.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our checkin was simple, parking was great, it’s a beautiful spot, the staff was super helpful and gracious, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our two week trip in Europe - it was awesome!
