ERMITAGE Wellness- & Spa-Hotel

Fabulous hotel; two of us stayed two nights with breakfast & dinner included, the food was excellent, good but not overwhelming choice. The pools and spa are spacious and were sparsely used while we were there. Above all, the service is really high level, everyone consistently looking out for you and trying to be helpful. Will likely revisit.

Wonderful resort located in the neighborhood of the lovely and charming Gstaad. To be mentioned are in particular the fully equipped spa and the availability of all the staff members, encompassing also Italian, French and English speaking personnel. Among the distinctive features of this really idyllic location, to be mentioned are the super efficient means of transports (buses and a little beautiful train, offering itself also in the outstanding Orient express old-style version), connecting Schoenried with Gstadd, Saanen until Montreaux and Interlaken. Such really efficient connections allow to live the beauties of the surroundings without the need to make use of the private car, which is undoubtedly a great advantage. While checking out, we had some payment problems due to the not acceptance of the Maestro debit cards, but all the staff members have been very supportive and at the end we have been able to fix this issue.

Standardzimmer klein. Straße doch relativ laut.
