Personnel très agréable, accueil soigné jusque dans les moindres détails.mention spéciale au spa : un vrai moment de détente, notamment grâce aux piscines à l’eau salée, tout simplement extraordinaires

Petite suggestion toutefois : le style du bar mériterait d’être repensé. Son côté trop kitsch ne donne pas vraiment envie de s’y attarder, dommage dans un établissement de ce niveau. Buffet du jeudi soir décevant par rapport à la qualité des autre dîners de la semaine

- Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft - Freundliches Personal rundum bei jeder Gelegenheit - Tolles Angebot für Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes (welches wir leider nicht nutzen konnten) - Nähe zum Golfclub Gstaad-Saanenland (nur wenige Autominuten vom Hotel) - Die Wellnessanlage ist traumhaft und es gab sogar Aufgüsse in der Sauna - Toller Service rundum - Sehr freundliche Verabschiedung beim Verlassen des Hotels

"Great relaxing stay"

We had a wonderful 8 nights at Ermitage hotel. We arrived early, but they let us in the spa area to relax and then we had lunch and were let in our room at 3.30 pm. Check in time is 4 pm. Our room was nice, I requested a tea cattle and it was given right away together with two nice cups and spoons. The cleaning service was impeccable. The only disappointing was that shower enclosure glass wall was not long enough, water would get on the floor of the bathroom. Spa area is nice, lots of steam rooms, enough room to rest and relax and the view from the outside salt pool is beautiful. Food was plentiful and tasty, especially the cakes at 3pm. Most recommended, we will be back.
