Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa - Relais & Châteaux

Our family of 4 had a nice family room, a balcony with a great view. My husband and I had a small room but it was quite comfortable. Lots of storage space, good sized bathroom , comfortable bed and pillows, heating regulated by us, perfect house keeping. The buffet breakfast was perfect , eggs made to order, lots of choices of coffees, teas and juices ( even carrot juice and a smoothie). While we only had one dinner there, it was very good. They even suggested that they could prepare whatever for our vegetarian family. The spa was good with 3 saunas ( although 2 were not warm enough. (They will look into that), and 2 perfect steam rooms. The indoor pool was a good size, the outdoor one, salty and warm was fine with a beautiful view. Lots of resting places as well. The fitness was adequate and the machines easy to manage. Dried and fresh fruits, nuts and tea were available as well as cakes in the afternoon. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All in all, we spent an excellent 3 nights, and already reserved some nights next year.

- Breakfast was good - Spa had 2 steam baths and 2 saunas - There was free parking at the hotel (albeit the parking spots are so small that we could barely open the door because of the cars next to us)

A few small things - but overall the experience was never worth the high price (we paid 380CHF for a 2 people room). - Room was very warm and we did not find a way to regulate the temperature down - The the shampoo / shower gel was empty when we arrived in the room - A water dispenser was already emptied when we arrived at the spa (5:30ish) and was only refilled towards the end of our spa stay. - Why is the spa closed at 7pm if people ski until around 5pm? Why not allow for a longer spa opening time so people can relax after dinner?

This is a good hotel with friendly staff. The Location is very good in the Center of the Village and very close to the cable car / Ski area. Large Wellness area.

Rooms would Look much nicer with some decoration like pictures on the Walls, maybe flowers. Value for Money is Not the greatest, but it was high Season and it is Switzerland After all

Our vacation at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Great spa complex with outdoor heated pool and mountain views included in the price. Delicious and varied buffet breakfasts, plus the option to order eggs any way you like. Dinners in the restaurant are also very tasty, with a different menu every day. Both elevators are located in walking distance, you can go already with equipment.

Quiete expensive

Everything at my hotel was perfect, as expected: Kind & professional staff, a lovely room with a stunning view, spa & the shuttle service with Patrick!

It's a tad annoying that the Finnish sauna opens only at 16. And that so many people are allowed at the spa at the same time.

Beautiful old building in great location

Staff was very unfriendly. Junior Suite didn't have a coffee maker or a kettle - something I would absolutely expect in a 4-star hotel. There was no minibar in the suite either. Breakfast went on until 10:30am however, at 9:45am there were four sad little bits of cheese left on the cheese board, the strawberry jam was finished, and there was no Birchermüsli left. None of these things got refilled. The hotel would be beautiful and was probably quite grand at some point but the Junior Suite was a disappointment and the service does not live up to a 4-star standard.

The view from the room and balcony of the valley and mountains was stunning. Absolutely beautiful.

The spa services were fully booked for the entirety of the weekend we were there. Book early!
