Lovely staff, clean.Great position.

Very dated- really needs an update. Loved the old charm of the place- just needs new carpets, pillows and bathroom fittings.

The room was good, beautiful view of the mountains, the included breakfast was great and the sauna was a perfect treat after a long day hiking. The location was good for only 10 minutes walk to interlaken west.

バスタブをお願いしますとリクエストしてたら、全ての部屋にあります、と回答がきた。実際に泊まってみたら、ばすさが無い。受け付けの人にきいたら、バスタブとはなんですか？うちにはありません、と言われて感じが悪かった。仕方なくシャワーを浴びたら排水が詰まっててくろぶしのあたりまで水がたまり、非常に汚かった。全てが古く清潔感が無い。このホテルが星３とは思えない。部屋の匂いも独特。シャワーを浴びたあと、出ようとしてもパスマットがない。パスマットがないホテルはスイスではここだけではないでしょうか。ハンガーもかけにくい。あと音が凄く聞こえる。足音がどんどんしたり、音楽まで聴こえる。朝食も星１。その割に宿泊費は高い。二度と泊まりたくないホテルナンバー１。
