Hotel Bellevue - Traditional Swiss Hideaway

The hotel is in a quiet section of the little town, away from the main tourist area. It is located at an ideal corner overlooking the Lauterbrunnen valley. The view is without competition. Receptions are cordial, friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

A quaint Swiss Hotel run by the proprietor Judy an extremely competent young lady , The view of the Laterbrunnen valley was the the most breathtaking I have every seen. I highly recommend this establishment

I never do reviews but this was exactly what I was looking for. Incredible views and a staff that knows how to run a hotel. They’ve thought of everything.

Charming, sweet welcoming hotel with THE MoST amazing view imaginable. Immaculately clean and we had everything we needed in our tiny…but comfortable room. If you’re looking for hip, chic, modern this isn’t it. But wonderful owner and staff, good food, and a memorable and very enjoyable stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

It was a beautiful area; however, the staff were really rude.

This property was highly recommended on the travel sites we followed prior to our trip and did not disappoint. I can’t imagine any hotel in any location having a better view. The included breakfast breakfast was very good and the service there was great. We especially appreciated the assistance in our arrival as we experienced delays and a very late coming time to the hotel. The host was very gracious answering questions as we called ahead and very helpful getting us to them.

No internet! Please purchase a local sim. Also if you have plenty luggage the free paid phone didn’t work for me. I had to ask someone passing by to call the hotel. The walk is a good distance if you have heavy luggage to push up a hill. Otherwise the staff is accommodating, friendly & nice.

Absolutely stunning views and great breakfast. The rooms are very simple/basic and outdated

The property is old but kept up nicely. Its 12 minutes walk from train station, a bit far but a good daily walk. They will transport the luggage to/from the station, which is nice. The breakfast is excellent.
