Hotel Toscana

Location is great. Rooms need updating and bathroom. Small fridge would help enjoy stay in hot weather.

Age and dated decor. All hotels in Interlarken were expensive so Toscanna helped a little.

I liked the location, but the back of the property was terrible. It was not a good value at all! My friend booked it for us and it should be a 2 star hotel. I did like the remodeling done, though.

The smell from the restaurant was strong and not pleasant when it seeped up to the room. The towels were thin and scratchy, and the soap had a smell of after shave. I feel there should be facial/ hand soap, shower gel with shampoo and conditioner separate. No one soap can do it all. I will never stay at a three star hotel again. We did appreciate the help from staff, especially Diane. And we used the laundry facilities which came in handy. The rooms were cleaned well.

Its ok near the attractions and not expensive there is a helpful woman in resption...

I stay 3 nights they don't clean the room.....

Propreté très douteuse de toute la chambre Chambre non faite alors qu’on était dehors de 8h à 20h, pas de savon ni gel douche ni papier hygiénique il fallait les demander Literie inconfortable Oreillers encore pire Les couettes avec des taches jaunes de je ne sais quoi Insecte retrouvé dans la chambre Pas de climatisation alors qu’il faisait très chaud Le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai jamais dormi alors que le prix est quand même élevé Pourquoi je donne un 5 et non pas un 0? Parce que le personnel est quand même très réactif aux remarques et a envie de bien faire ce qui compense un peu

Location

Pretty old building. Could not slide/bend the windows and balcony door. Trash from previous guest was left in the balcony.
