The location, it is near the train station.

1. The cleanliness of the room and common toilet, The room has a funny smell. 2. Common toilet is very dirty and stinky. 2. Hotel doesn’t provide slippers in the room. 2. The staff are friendly, except for one, that has no product knowledge about the area as she always answers “I dont know”.

L'emplacement, situé au centre.

Hotel pas propre, les lits sont de mauvaise qualité. Les matelas étaient sales. Le personnel qui ne connaît rien à l'accueil. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel, ils sont à des lustres de l'accueil attendu en Suisse. Nous étions venus il y a 10 ans dans le même hôtel, maintenant c'est une catastrophe.
