Hotel Derby Interlaken - self check-in

The location.

Almost everything. It was very weird to check-in. It kept asking us to pay even though we had already paid online. They gave us a tiny siingle room and a double room, even though we have booked two double rooms. And they charged us the same for a horrible tiny single room with one breakfast, as a double room for two with two breakfasts, only because they had no more double rooms available. It was booking fault maybe, but it made our stay very unpleasant. We hated the sink in the room, it felt like a prison cell. The hotel had no soul, no charm, everything felt so bland, cold, soulless. Amd the price was expensive for a hotel like that. Honestly w would not recommend it, and we would not stay here in the future, we would book a regular hotel with warm client service , and human contact.

Clean , breakfast included. Self check-in is easy

Nothing much with the exception of a 20 mins walk to the station. However , location to the town or market place is a 5 mins walk.

Funcionários todos muito simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Limpeza excelente. Café da manhã bom! Check in fácil. Ótimo espaço de jardim com microondas e talheres descartáveis para fazermos refeições.

Não foi culpa do hotel, mas quando estive lá havia alguns hóspedes muito barulhentos, batendo portas e arrastando cadeiras à noite e também pela manhã.

Lory très sympathique nous a renseigné sur visites à faire. Nous avons apprécié la chambre et l’accès au jardin!
