Atendimento receptivo, café da manhã completo e delicioso. Quarto confortável, limpo e aquecido. Recomendo fortemente para casais que apreciam tranquilidade, Muito proximo ao Coop e a estação Interlaken West.

Pia do banheiro reduzida. O elevador tem volume reduzido (suficiente para duas pessoas com duas malas). Subindo as escadas para o 1 andar haviam obra não sinalizada.

Close to the Station Hotel water & tea available till 8 pm. The boy helping us at the breakfast was very kind.

Beds were uncomfortable & very low. Not worth the money. The elderly guy at the reception rude & not welcoming. The breakfast was ordinary & breads finished 30 mins before closing time every day

The hotel’s location is excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience was seriously undermined by the behavior of a staff member on duty the morning of April 18. In a highly competitive hospitality industry, it only takes one poorly handled interaction to damage a guest’s entire stay—and this was a clear example of that. The staff member’s tone and approach were unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. What made the situation more frustrating was that we were simply asking why certain rules were not clearly communicated at check-in, but instead brought up unexpectedly at check-out. This reflects a failure in both communication and service standards. Guests should not be put in a position where policies are enforced without prior notice. Proper training in customer interaction, clear communication, and respectful behavior is not optional—it is fundamental. Without this, even strong positives like location cannot make up for the negative experience.
