Hotel Lötschberg

Anfänglich hatten wir ein Zimmer, das nicht unseren Buchungen entsprach, da die Bilder des Hotels noch nicht aktualisiert waren. Aber alle Mitarbeitenden haben dann die größten Anstrengungen gemacht, dieses Problem zu beheben, sodass wir nichts mehr auszusetzen hatten.

Location was nice and close to the railway station. Staff were helpful.

Old facilities, poor drainage in the shower turned out to be lots of matted hair.

Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war teilweise dreckig und der Teppich roch komisch.

Clean and comfortable.

A bit small. No air conditioning, but the I stayed wasn’t a hot day. No refrigerator in the room.

Тесновато в комноте.

Bed was nice Comforter was great. Room was clean.

The man who checked us in was very rude to all 6 of us. Was mad that we were checking in at that time. Was upset we didn’t email him a check in time. Told us he could take our luggage early then finally did. Wanted our city tax paid right then….but didn’t check us in. When coming back from our outing he passed us in his bike and yelled at us.
