Location is great!

The service - i mean, the customer care is pretty bad. We got no instruction on the checkin process neither did we get any codes to entry (the cards dont work) or wifi codes. Luckily, other guests helped out. And there was NO reply from customer care after sending multiple messages. The emergency number was of no help.

"Geräumige Unterkunft in top Lage"

Tolle Lage zwischen Altstadt und See. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung an sich ausreichend. Bei Ankunft gab es bereits Wasser und Kaffee. Das war sehr cool!! Die Reinigungskraft hat täglich das Bad gereinigt und den Müll geleert.

Das Bad war sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster. Daher konnten die Handtücher kaum trocknen. Toll war, dass es im Zimmer nicht heiß wurde. Allerdings war es dadurch auch tagsüber sehr dunkel, weshalb immer das Licht brennen musste.

Really lovely apartment for reasonable cost in Switzerland. Free laundry in basement was a bonus. We really enjoyed the location and popped around on the transport using the free pass provided. It is also within 5 mins of the main station. There are numerous places to eat or shop for food nearby. We especially enjoyed Tibits in the station which offers an excellent vegetarian buffet. The online check in and electronic door locks even worked well! Everything was great and we appreciated the care that had been taken.

Having to leave! It would be a good place for a longer term let.

Schönes grosses Zimmer, gute Lage, sauber

Das Bad im unteren Stock war schön aber der Geruch aus dem Abfluss mehr als grenzwertig
