Base Lausanne - Contactless Check in

Location was great. Good sized - well equipped apartment. Laundry facilities were a bonus.

Low ceilings because apartment in the roof. Fridge wasn't working. The unit housing the kitchen waste was broken. Didn't receive information for keyless entry in advance, however this was quickly sorted by email and phone call.

L'appartement est bien équipé et bien situé. La literie confortable.

La petite fenêtre donnant sur un mur dans la chambre. Les vélux du salon donnent sur les grues des travaux de la gare de Lausanne.

Good location. Facilities are good (fridge, kitchen, bed, etc.). There's a laundry available downstairs as well.

We did face one hitch: because check out times are 11am, your card will deactivate at that time, and if you happen to be out of the apartment at that time (like we were), then you will be locked out, even though you might've taken an extension for later check out (like we did). It's an automatic system. Thankfully staff was available over phone and fixed it in 5 minutes, but it's the downside of contactless hotels. Also cleaning is only on Mondays, so if you happen to check in on Tuesday for a few days, tough luck.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. CLOSE TO VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS .

Küche/Kühlschrank hatte starken Geruch - mit offenen Fenster hat sich das etwas verbessert

L'emplacement idéal, proche de la gare de Lausanne, proche du centre, du parc, des transports en commun, des restaurants...

Le mobilier un peu vieillot dans l'appartement et quelques petites bricoles ( ampoules) qui ne fonctionnaient pas.

La proximité de la gare, la cuisinette, le café, le thé et l'huile offerts.

Les erreurs administratives: l'erreur du nom du client, le rajout d'un complément que je n'ai pas demandé.
