Très bon accueil ! Merci Sebastian ! Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Seul petit hic... la température de l'eau de la douche varie fortement au risque de se brûler.... Buffet du petit-déjeuner varié et excellent !

My first hike above 4000m (Allalinhorn) took place with such luxury! The three-story spa / sauna was simply beautiful. Hotel is well placed, staff were so friendly and helpful with the smallest of enquiry. Strongly recommended!

"Lovely chic hotel in Alps"

It is a beautiful hotel with very good spa area. Half-board is offered and is adequate but not superb for a four star+ hotel. Housekeeping spotty, depending on who did it. Not exceptionally welcoming like so many other hotels. Impersonal but professional.
