The staff were welcoming and friendly and so helpful. They gave us lots of helpful tips on places to eat locally and how to get around the city. We enjoyed our complimentary drinks at the bar. Its an older style hotel with lots of character which we enjoyed.

La propreté, le confort, la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel.

Malheureusement une clim défectueuse dans la chambre 2/3 nuits, mais une équipe super qui a mis tout en œuvre pour rendre la situation plus supportable et faire en sorte que celle ci soit réparée au plus vite :)

De ligging van de accomodatie is ideaal, dichtbij de winkels en metro. Personeel erg vriendelijk

Wij hadden 2 lekkages aan de douche, dit Smorgens aangegeven, helaas bij aankomst Savonds gezien dat er niks aan gedaan was.

La habitación es muy agradable y cómoda, muy grande. La chica de recepción muy amable siempre sonriendo y todo facilidades

Está un poco lejos del centro; salvo la zona cercana al parlamento europeo, lo demás te pilla a 20min o más andando.

Sur-classement en duplex gratuit, chambre très jolie, personnel adorable et réactif et petit-déjeuner vraiment sympa ! À proximité de tous les transports, bon spot à Bruxelles.

Robinetterie de qualité mais la pièce qui maintient la poire de douche était desserrée, j'ai prévenu la réception qui a fait le nécessaire
