Good location. Excellent staff. Totally decent three-star hotel.

Open shower area, having an almost flooded bathroom after a shower is unavoidable.

Our stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, so although we had booked a cheaper room, we received a much larger and more comfortable one. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally soft, and I was genuinely impressed by how comfortable it was. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. They spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. Overall, the service was outstanding, and we had a wonderful experience.

The only minor issue was the noise from the street during the evening, although it stopped before bedtime and did not affect our sleep. Also, due to the general situation in Belgium regarding homelessness and safety concerns, I occasionally felt a bit uneasy when outside the hotel. However, this is not a criticism of the property itself. In fact, the hotel is located in one of the calmer and more normal areas of the city, and there are many neighborhoods with much worse conditions in that regard. Compared to other parts of the city, this area felt relatively safe and comfortable. Inside the hotel, I always felt completely secure, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. I would gladly stay here again.
